5.2 Who Do You Hire?

You have been selected to be a part of the search committee to hire the new professor for the WCLN University Psychology Department.

Of all the applicants, the following applicants have been selected for interview:

• Dr. Sigmund Freud
• Dr. Wilhelm Wundt
• Dr. Abraham Maslow

Your task is to make a list of pros and cons for each candidate outlining their strengths and weaknesses. Then identify the candidate that you are going to offer the position.

Finally, you need to write a short essay (no more than 500 words) justifying the choice you made.
