5.3 Assignment - 30 hour Work/Volunteer Experience Submission
Now it is time to submit the evidence of your 30 hours of Work/Volunteer Experience:
At the start of the Career Life courses, you started to collect documentation for your 30 hours of work/volunteer experience. You should review your hours now. To meet the minimum requirement of 30 hours for the work experience or volunteer/community service for Career Life Education, you must provide evidence. The evidence must include an evaluation report, or signed form from an employer or community agency or organization. The evidence must describe the nature of the work or service performed, and must list the dates and hours worked. You must also report on tasks and duties performed and identify the employability skills used.
Requirements:

- Identify the benefits that someone receives as a result of the service.
- Identify the types of skills required
- Describe your participation in the service.
Work/Community Service Tracking Sheet (scan or take a photo of the completed template and submit it). Be sure to keep a copy of this document for proof of your work or service hours.
