You will be analyzing menu items that would best work for people on different vegetarian diets. You will need to find a dinner recipe for each of the following vegetarian categories:
- Vegan
- Lacto-vegetarian
- Lacto-ovo vegetarian
- Semi-vegetarian
Provide the full recipe for each vegetarian category and explain why this recipe works best for each vegetarian category.
