You will be researching a modern piece of cooking equipment. (10 marks)
First, choose a modern piece of equipment to research. You will use this piece of equipment to complete your first lab so make sure you have access to whatever you choose to research. You can research items such as silicone baking dishes, a breadmaker, a panini press, instant pot, etc.

- Explain what the advantages are to using this equipment over traditional/dated equipment
EVALUATION: (2 marks)
- List the possible costs of the equipment
- List the conveniences or advantages of it and comment on if it is worth the price
REFERENCES: (1 mark)
- Include a list of all references used in your research, including the sources for any images you used too
